Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of your valuable treatment time. We will make every effort to perform your entire treatment in the remaining scheduled time. Reaching your appointment more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation fee charged to your account. Please see our Cancellation/ No-Show Policy for the cancellation fee schedule.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation/ no-show policy to ensure clients can attend appointments promptly and respect our providers’ time. Any appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur the following fee to the credit card on file. Our practice manager will handle any extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Appointment prices vary by time 

15 Minutes – $50

30-59 Minutes – $100

60+ Minutes – $150

If a client has a no-show or has canceled less than 48 hours in advance three times, the client will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. Prepayment is a non-refundable amount; however, if the appointment is rescheduled, the prepayment amount may be used for future service/s. Last-minute cancellations do not allow time to fit in clients who have been unable to book with us earlier. This policy will enable Aluma Wellness to continue providing our clients with the highest quality service.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our policy agreement. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services or products. Results are variable from person to person, and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it is reasonable to have additional appointments to receive the desired results.

Disclaimer

The prices on your customized treatment program will be valid for one month (30 days). Prices are subject to change after 30 days. Time-sensitive promotions may end before the 30-day window. You may pay 50% in advance for any procedures to guarantee the price. All sales are final and cannot be refunded. Clients must use all pre-purchased or banked services within one year from the purchase date. If you have received treatments from your package and choose to break up the package, the treatments received will revert to full price, and the difference will be credited to your account. The remaining funds will be available to use toward other services and products at Aluma Wellness. We require all services sold in packages to be used within one year of the purchase date.

By joining our practice as a patient, you consent to receive emails or text messages from us about your appointments and promotional materials. Please note that you are free to unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
