Additional savings are not available on any promotional pricing and a $75 setup fee applies. By becoming a member, you agree to an initial 6-month contract term and to be billed monthly. You can request to terminate your membership contract at any time. However, If you decide to cancel before the end of the 6-month term, you ‘ll be charged $200 cancellation fee, as well as payback fees for any discounts or free services you received during the membership period. Please note that all members are subject to Aluma Wellness® Cancellation policy for missed or canceled appointments without 48 hour notice. Your membership will begin on the same day that you sign up and submit your initial payment and agreements.
