Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our growing medspa. The right candidate would assist our providers in helping our clients achieve their health and beauty goals.

Position Summary:
The Medical Aesthetician will focus on delivering advanced skin treatments, including microneedling, RF microneedling, and customized facials. In addition to hands-on treatments, the role involves developing tailored skincare regimens, assisting with front desk operations, and contributing to the clinic’s social media campaigns to showcase services, education, and patient results.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

• Perform skin rejuvenation treatments, including:
• Microneedling
• RF (Radiofrequency) Microneedling
• Customized Facials tailored to individual skin needs
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Recommend and educate clients on individualized at-home skincare regimens using medical-grade products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment records.
• Ensure treatment rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Stay informed on the latest techniques, technologies, and skincare advancements.
• Work directly under the supervision of the Physician and/or ARNP and Practice Manager
• Always maintains patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, and HIPAA regulations
• Cross-training to competently work in all aspects of the clinic is expected and required.

Front Desk/Administrative Support:

• Greet and check in clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, client education, and service check-outs.
• Promote ongoing services, specials, and skincare products to clients.

Social Media Contribution:

• Actively participate in the clinic’s social media initiatives by:
• Capturing before-and-after photos (with client consent)
• Filming short educational or behind-the-scenes content
• Showcasing services, new products, and treatment benefits
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging posts and videos
• Represent the clinic’s brand voice and commitment to excellence on digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Aesthetician with active state licensure.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting preferred.
• Skilled in microneedling, RF microneedling, and advanced facial techniques.
• Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare products and treatment protocols.
• Confident with basic photography/video creation for social media purposes (training provided if needed).
• Professional, client-centered, and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Education & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician
• Experience in a clinical or medical spa setting (required)
