Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a passionate licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing medspa. The right candidate would assist our clients in achieving their health and wellness goals and is able to discuss all aspects of anti-aging from the inside out.

The perfect candidate would have 2+ years working full-time in functional medicine with hormone, thyroid, and medical weight loss experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and integrative wellness treatments such as hormone therapy, IV therapy, joint injections, advanced growth factors, male enhancement, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, vitamin injections, and weight loss management.
• Provide full wellness consultations and create global wellness plans with pricing.
• Willing to assist in creating videos and marketing content, as well as participate in marketing and promotional events with the team and guests.
• Offer utmost confidentiality and compassion for our patients
• Ensure work areas are sanitized before and after each treatment to the highest standards
• Attend in-clinic or offsite training as needed
• Be able to upsell/cross-sell products and services to patients
• Ensure that all patients are reminded of upcoming appointments with pre-care instructions
• Ensure that all patients are followed up to see how they are doing and provide them with virtual copies of post-care instructions
• All prescriptions are submitted in a timely manner
• Responsible for taking patient notes and thoroughly charting each patient visit
• Submit charts by the end of each day
• Attend all training, meetings, team activities, and education that Aluma requests
• Attend all monthly training sessions
• Arrive to work 20-30 minutes before your first patient to prepare for your day
• Responsible for staying on time with each guest and knowing your schedule. Your schedule will be customized to what works best for you.
• Keeping an eye on your books and making sure clients are scheduled for the appropriate treatments and appropriate amount of time.
• Willing and available to help the team out in any way with patients, charts, training, educational material, marketing, and growing the medical aesthetic program with fellow associates.
• Work with influencers per affiliate contracts.

Education & Experience:

• 2+ years experience as a FULL-TIME NP/PA functional wellness provider
• Experience in a clinical or medical spa setting (required)
• Florida ARNP or PA with a valid license (required)
• DEA license or be willing to obtain one (required)
